The Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) filed regulations with the Secretary of the Commonwealth on Monday, June 5th.
Monday's filing represents the next step towards another 1,600 megawatts of solar across the state, continuing the role of renewable energy in meeting the state's goals under the Global Warming Solutions Act, which seeks to achieve a reduction of 80% below 1990 statewide greenhouse gas emission levels by 2050.
